My aim is not just to provide you with a professional resume but to to teach you the fundamentals of resume writing. No resume writer can write an effective resume FOR you but we can write one WITH you.
How does it work?
Once you’ve decided you want your resume to stand out from the crowd of other applicants we will have an initial consultation via telephone or email to determine what job/s or industry you are applying for, your employment history and your skills and qualifications set.
I will then help you understand what an employer is looking for and assist you to identify the aspects of your skills and experience that you want to highlight for the job you’re applying for. I will help you write a draft tailored resume that markets your suitability for the role, is tailored to the job requirements and captures the keywords that employers (and their applicant tracking systems) are searching for. Together we will fine tune this resume until it is ready for submission.
The number of consultations required will depend on the type of job you’re applying for and the applicant level (e.g. recent graduate, professional, executive). No matter what stage you are at Career Swag will have a resume writing package that suits you.
